Design and Display:
The iPhone 4S has a decent 3.5 inch screen, with a resolution of 640 x 960 pizels. It has the same Retina display as found in the iPhone 4. This phone weights 140g and has dimensions of 115.2 x 58.6 x 9.3 mm.

Hardware:
It comes equiped with a Dual Core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 Apple A5 proccesor.

Camera:
The iPhone 4S a 8MP camera which is better than its predecessor which had a camera of 5MP. While it also has a secondrary VGA camera, it's main camera can record videos on 1080p and has great features such as panaroma, HDR and Geo-tagging.

Other Features:
It comes with iOS5 which is upgrdable to iOS 6. While it supports micro-sim only and has two colour options of black and white.

Disadvantages:
One of the biggest disadvantage of iOS is the lack of Flash capability.
